The short version.
I'm a Chartered Accountant working across valuation, transaction support, and audit. Most of my work is around understanding how businesses actually operate, how decisions show up financially, and what really drives value over time.
Lately, I've been getting drawn towards building stuff. I find myself noticing things that feel inefficient or unnecessarily complicated and thinking about how they could be done better, and then wanting to actually try and build it out.

Sep 2025 - Present- Valued Shriram Finance for its preferential equity issuance to Mitsubishi Corporation, the largest foreign stake acquisition in an Indian NBFC, using peer benchmarking and ROE-adjusted P/B analysis under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations
- Valued a leading asset management company holding INR 1.4 lakh crore in AUM, alongside one of India's top-5 stock-broking firms
- Ran 50+ ESOP tranche valuations across the entities of a diversified Indian conglomerate, keeping employee-compensation structuring compliant
- Valued the benefit a company gains from using a listed industrial conglomerate's brand, via cost benchmarking and EV/EBITDA peer analysis
- Valued a newly incorporated, EBITDA-negative subsidiary with the CTM method, applying pre-money-valuation to revenue multiples
- Estimated the recoverable value of a stressed exposure backed by pledged equity, via a DCF aligned to FIMMDA yield curves
- Automated valuation for 250+ loans with Python and Codex, retiring the manual data entry for a 2-3 person team with error-free, formula-linked Excel models

A workpaper management platform built for CA firms handling audit, valuation, taxation, and related work, solving the fragmented workflows that currently live across LAN folders, WhatsApp, emails, and physical files. It brings everything into one place with maker-checker workflows, audit trails, and role-based access controls for sensitive client data, keeping engagements structured, compliant, and easy to track end-to-end.

A dating app for people in corporate jobs who don't really have the time or the right setup to meet someone similar. It's built around connecting people with shared lifestyles, interests, and ambitions. Less random swiping, more people who actually get your day-to-day. The idea is simple, make it easier to find something real with someone on the same wavelength.
NSE & BSE Historical Data
I built a small bot because I needed it myself and ended up making it as a bit of a pastime. Pulling historical stock data from NSE India and BSE was way more tedious than it should be, given the short download windows each exchange enforces. You just enter a stock and date range, and it gives you a clean Excel with all the data, eliminating the need to manually download and stitch multiple Excel files for long-range analysis.
